Thank you for shopping at IronCladStitch. We are committed to processing and delivering your order safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details of our shipping rates, timelines, and procedures.

Shipping Destinations

  • United States Only: We currently only sell and ship to physical addresses within the United States.

  • Exclusions: We currently do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Handling / Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit / Shipping Time: 5 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 13 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s system.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • 24-Hour Window: You may request to cancel or modify your order (such as updating the shipping address) within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.

  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be altered or canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the items, you must follow our standard return process upon delivery.
