Note: We currently do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Currency & Billing

  • Currency: All transactions and prices on IronCladStitch.com are listed and processed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Immediate Billing: Your payment method will be charged at the exact time your order is placed and confirmed.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • 24-Hour Window: If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified prior to shipment. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on returning an item after delivery.

Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credited amount to appear on your account statement, depending on your card issuer.

  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to flag, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized card use.
