Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At IronCladStitch, we process orders quickly to ensure your items arrive as fast as possible. We understand that plans change or mistakes happen, so we offer a dedicated timeframe to modify or cancel your purchase.

Cancellation & Modification Window

  • 24-Hour Grace Period: You may request to cancel your order or make modifications free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Eligible Modifications: During this 24-hour window, you may request changes to:

    • Shipping address

    • Recipient contact details

    • Item size or color (subject to availability)

    • Full order cancellation

How to Request a Cancellation or Modification

To modify or cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately with your details:

  2. Include your Order Number and write "CANCEL ORDER" or "MODIFY ORDER" in the subject line.

  3. State clearly what changes you would like to make.

Orders Outside the 24-Hour Window

  • After 24 Hours: Once 24 hours have passed from the time of purchase, your order enters our automated fulfillment queue and cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Receiving the Package: If you no longer want the items after the 24-hour window has passed, you must wait for the package to be delivered and then follow our standard 30-day return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received and processed within the 24-hour grace period, a full refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund credit to reflect on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
