Not working as advertised!

I'm 49 and just starting to get baggy skin under my chin. I was using a high end cream that was helping my skin look tight but it only worked after using and there was no long term affects so I thought I'd add this serum to my routine. I have been using twice daily. And noticed zero improvement over the last two months. What I have noticed is my cream does not work when applied over top. I'm guessing it's the silicone like feeling the serum has that's blocking my cream from penetrating my skin. I also have to be careful with this product on my d chest because it makes it red and burn if I use it twice daily. I'll keep using to see if it helps long term but right now I think this product is a waste of money
