1. Shipping Destinations & Eligibility
- Domestic Shipping Only: We exclusively sell and ship to valid street addresses within the United States (the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii).
- International Orders: We currently do not offer international shipping or fulfill orders outside the US.
- P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO/DPO: Standard deliveries are optimized for physical residential and commercial addresses. Certain cosmetic products containing pressurized or flammable ingredients (e.g., aerosol mists, select perfumes) may have carrier restrictions when shipping to P.O. Boxes or military bases.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Every order consists of two distinct stages: Order Processing and Carrier Transit.

- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50.00 or more (calculated before taxes and after any promotional discount codes are applied).
- Orders Under $50: For orders totaling less than $50.00, real-time flat or carrier-calculated standard shipping rates will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your package is labeled and dispatched from our Denver fulfillment hub, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking scans typically update within 24 to 48 hours of carrier hand-off.
5. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Please review your delivery address carefully before confirming your purchase:

- Once an order has completed fulfillment or entered the carrier stream, address modifications or cancellations cannot be executed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
- Damaged in Transit: We take extra precautions to pad fragile glass containers, powders, and compacts. If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please photograph both the outside box and the affected items, and notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it immediately.
- Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check around your premises, porch, and with neighbors. If it remains missing after 24 hours, contact our support team to file a carrier inquiry.
